Timothy S.
Barkley, Sr. graduated from the Regent University School
of Law and is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the
Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
He is a former
president of
the
Greater Mt Airy Chamber of Commerce
and an active
member of the
Howard County
Farm Bureau.
He is a cantor in his local church
and a member of the parish council. He lives on a small
farm in Mount Airy with his wife and children.
